JOB DESCRIPTION

Duties and Responsibilities:​

• Prepare a daily lesson plan that encourages physical, social and cognitive development of each child

• Prepare activities that are developmentally appropriate 

• Develop activities that allow for hands-on learning experiences and enhance creativity through art

• Maintain a physical environment that is safe and conducive for learning

• Monitor and record students’ progress 

• Must be able to write a comprehensive narrative report of each child’s development

• Establish a positive relationship with students and parents

• Supervise the children

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of a course in or related to Preschool Education;

• Must have a sincere interest in teaching children;

• Very pleasant disposition;

• No impending physical disability or illness;

• Has good communication skills in English;

• Must be cheerful, animated, energetic and very patient with children
